SCOPE

Researchers and practitioners are invited to organize workshops and tutorials at MobiCASE'18. 
Workshop organizers should invite contributions from the broader community on emerging trends, 
research challenges, opportunities and controversial issues in services and applications enabled, 
impacted and/or required by mobile computing, where a focused dialogue among participants 
may lead to interesting follow up research, empirical investigations or industrial practice improvement. 
Tutorials sessions, on the other hand, would take the form of presentations by the organizers or their 
invited speakers on recent developments in the focus topic.

Proceedings are submitted for inclusion to the leading indexing services: 
Elsevier (EI), Thomson Scientific (ISI), Scopus, Crossref, Google Scholar, DBLP, and others.

 

Workshop/Tutorial Proposal Guidelines

Workshop and tutorial proposals must not exceed four pages in length and should be submitted electronically in PDF format by e-mail ([email protected])

 

Evaluation Criteria

Workshop and tutorial proposals will be reviewed by MobiCASE'18 Organizing Committee. 

Acceptance will be based on:
- Evaluation of the workshop or tutorial's potential to advance the state of research and/or practice in mobile computing
- Relevance to mobile computing and topics targeted for MobiCASE'18
- Potential for attracting a sufficient number of participants
- Organizers ability to lead a successful workshop
