This conference will be held primarily online to reduce travel costs for authors outside the US. For those who wish to participate on-site, please contact the Local Organizing Committee or closely keep an eye on the MobiCASE conference website for further information.
- Author registration closes on 5th July 2026 (Camera-ready Deadline).
- Early Registration Fees will be available until 5th July 2026.
*Audience Registration and Student registration do not allow for camera-ready paper upload.

Registration fees
A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].
IMPORTANT NOTE: The registration fee does not include any transaction or bank charges. Participants are requested to ensure that the full registration amount is transferred. If the transferred amount is less than the required fee, the registration will not be considered valid, and submission of the camera-ready paper will not be possible.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- All fees will be collected in US dollars.
- Important Announcement for Accepted Authors:
To be included in the EAI MobiCASE 2026 conference proceedings, all accepted authors must complete full author registration and submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the Camera-Ready Deadline. - Please note that the registration fees are the same for both onsite and online participation.
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee of 60 USD.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
- Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration.
Hybrid Conference Format
EAI MobiCASE 2026 conference will be held in a hybrid format. Please ensure that you select your attendance mode (onsite or online) during registration.Â
Online registered accepted authors are required to pre-record the presentation of their paper according to the instructions. The deadline for submitting all video presentations is 15 July 2026. Video submission is only available after registration and camera-ready submission.

What's Included in the Fees?
Purchasing this package contains:
- Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program;
- Article processing fee of 1 paper (Accepted Authors);
- All conference paper PDFs are downloadable from 4 days before the conference until 14 days after.
- After publishing, 30 days of free digital access to the digital proceedings and a 40% discount on the hard copy of the proceedings.
- Change of Invoice: 30 USD
- Extra page upload: 30 USDÂ
- Refund fee: 60 USD
Important Notes Before Registering​​
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper;
- One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee;
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant;
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate;
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
