A 50% discount on the second paper is available for participants registering two accepted papers, provided both papers are authored by the same individual who will also be the sole attendee. To request the discount, please complete the registration for the first paper and then contact us at [email protected].
- All fees will be collected in US dollars.
- Please note that the registration fees will be the same for both onsite and online participation.
- Audience and student registration do not allow for camera-ready paper upload.
- Important Announcement for Accepted Authors:
- To be included in the EAI MobiCASE 2026 conference proceedings, all accepted authors must complete full author registration and submit the camera-ready version of their paper by the Camera-Ready Deadline.
- Refunds (60 USD) and invoice amendments (30 USD) are subject to a processing fee.
- You can benefit from EAI member rates by becoming a member. EAI Membership is FREE.
- Accepted Authors who wish to upload the Camera-ready version are advised to read the Camera-ready procedure carefully before proceeding with registration. (The Camera-ready Instruction page will be added after the Notification Deadline.)
Important Notes Before Registering​​
- At least one author must complete the registration process before they are given access to upload the Camera-ready version of their paper.
- One author registration covers 1 paper. The camera-ready upload may be performed by any of the paper’s authors if at least one of them has registered with the full registration fee.
- Every author and co-author who wishes to attend the conference personally is required to register separately. Please note that one registration only allows attendance for that one registrant.
- At least one full (i.e., non-student) registration is required to upload a Camera-ready version. If all the authors of an accepted paper are students, at least one author must register at a non-student rate (This applies to Full/ Regular and Short Papers).
- Refunds and invoice amendments are subject to a processing fee.
